When children build a city, negotiate roles in a pretend restaurant, care for a garden, or return to the same painting question for three days, they are practicing language, planning, empathy, cause and effect, motor control, and persistence at the same time.
Our teachers make that learning visible, offer thoughtful materials, and know when to step in, when to ask a question, and when to simply protect the concentration already happening.

A teacher cannot observe closely while managing a room at maximum capacity.
Our under 1:6 schoolwide ceiling gives educators the margin to sit beside a small group, notice a quiet child’s entry point, help children repair conflict, and communicate meaningfully with families.
